What’s involved to become a client?

The process is simple.  

Step 1

Complete an Inquiry Form below, answering the questions outlined in the form.

You will be asked to:

  • Provide information on your business and outline your culture and values

  • Provide a link to your website and social media channels (if you have these)

  • Tell us what industry your business falls under

  • What position / role you are looking to fill within your business

Step 2

Once your Inquiry Form is received, a member of our team will reach out to you to arrange a time for an initial phone call to discuss your role and learn a little bit more about you.  You will have the opportunity to ask any questions on our services we can provide you.  We will also advise you on how our recruitment process works, fee structure and terms of business.


Step 3

Our terms of business will be forwarded to you for completion so we can start the recruitment process for you.  Once received, we will complete a Job Brief call with you where we gather all of the necessary information required to advertise your role and find a successful candidate.


Step 4

From here, we will take care of what is needed to find your next outstanding employee.  Throughout this process, we will maintain your absolute privacy and only share this with the candidate, with your permission in the final stages of our recruitment process.


Step 5

Congratulations!  You have successfully completed the recruitment journey with an outstanding candidate ready to start the next step in their career with you.
