About the role

Our client is looking for a Contracts and Service Coordinator to join their team and maintain their reputation for exceptional service and high standards. Working closely with the Operations Manager and wider team, you’ll play a key role in making sure clients are happy, services are delivered as promised, and any issues are resolved quickly and professionally.

This is a practical, people focused full-time role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, keeping things running smoothly, and being the go-to person for both clients and the internal team. You’ll be supported by a stable, close knit team, with the flexibility to manage your day while contributing to a positive, solutions focused workplace.

Duties

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering positive and strong relationships

  • Prepare and deliver client service reports

  • Ensure service commitments and KPIs are met per contract obligations

  • Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping

  • Maintain strong client-supplier relationships

  • Conduct site visits and audits, including OH&S and environmental compliance

  • Communicate clearly and professionally

  • Organise and coordinate tasks to meet business objectives

  • Respond promptly to client concerns and resolve issues with a solution-focused approach

  • Effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines

  • Occasional travel to client sites along the mid-coast

About You

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role (ideally within facilities, cleaning or service delivery)

  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction

  • Previous exposure to contract coordination or similar tasks

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Familiarity of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards highly desirable

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused approach

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, iAuditor or similar systems (highly desirable)

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

  • Current driver's license, Working with Children Check and own vehicle
